The location of this supposed hotel was great as it was close to many shops and restaurants. The room itself was decent and had all of the basic amenities that one would expect.
My experience at this establishment was a complete disaster. They were also very rude and unhelpful when I attempted to address the issue.

The hotel's location is great, with easy access to many nearby attractions. the room and bathroom were comfortable and clean, with all the amenities I needed. the staff provided excellent service, and the breakfast was delicious. the hotel facilities were well-maintained and offered a range of options for entertainment.
The price I was quoted was confusing and inconsistent, leading to some frustration during check-in.

The hotel's rate was budget-friendly. Their free Wi-Fi and air conditioning were great perks, however, the best part was the hotel's proximity to the popular tourist destinations of the city.
My overall experience was terrible. The hotel charged an exorbitant rate that was four times the expected price. Additionally, the staff lacked integrity and professionalism. When I expressed my dissatisfaction, they suddenly stopped speaking English and started to act foolishly. In the end, my vacation turned out to be a disappointment due to this unpleasant experience at the accommodation.
